Someone repays a loan before a new application. They check the report’s period and ask the lender when repayment will appear, rather than assuming an older report already reflects it.

Frequently asked questions
Is this only a list of overdue loans?
No. It also includes loans paid on time and potential commitments.
Is a potential amount already owed?
No. An amount shown as potential is not yet an actual debt. It can become a debt if you use that credit or are required to pay as a guarantor.
