What it is
Stamp Duty Form 2 for a landlord, sublandlord or prospective landlord to report the start, changes or end of a tenancy, subtenancy or promise agreement with delivery of the property. Includes the blank original, instructions and continuation sheets for sections II (property), III (landlords) and IV (tenants). Notification is through Portal das Finanças; in-person submission of Form 2 applies in cases allowed by AT. This is not the tenancy agreement or a rent receipt; the service does not submit the notification.
