What it is
This record saves the result of a search in ADENE’s SCE system using property details or a certificate number. It is not the original energy certificate and does not issue a new one. A tax property record does not guarantee a valid certificate exists.
Collection with PedirDocumentos
We use the property details to search for a certificate already registered in SCE and save proof of the consultation with an image of the result. We do not issue a new energy certificate or deliver the original. Check that the result matches the property and ask the owner or responsible assessor if you need the original.
