More about this document

What it is

Using an access code, Informação Predial Simplificada identifies the owners and essential property details and indicates whether registered charges or pending registration applications exist. It has no certificate status. A tax property number is different from the registry description number.

Collection with PedirDocumentos

We submit the request through Registo Predial Online and collect the payment entity, reference and amount payable to IRN. This payment is separate from our service fee. Once payment of the reference is confirmed, IRN emails the access code to the address given in the request. You can then use the code to consult the information online.

Frequently asked questions

Is it the tax property record?

No. It concerns the legal registry rather than tax records.

I already have a valid code. Do I need a new request?

No. If your code is valid, you can use it to consult the information through Registo Predial Online. Our service prepares a new request; it is not a consultation area for existing codes.

Will I receive the access code immediately?

No. First you receive the details needed to pay IRN. After payment is confirmed, IRN emails the code. The payment reference receipt is neither the property information itself nor a permanent registry certificate.
